We work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural setting to ensure the best rehabilitation outcomes for your child. As a proudly neuro-affirming clinic, we respect and celebrate neurodiversity, tailoring our therapies to support each child’s unique strengths, needs, and ways of experiencing the world. Our early intervention services include:
Speech Pathology
We support children who need a little help with talking, understanding, or even things like feeding and social interaction. Whether your child is just starting to speak or working on expressing themselves clearly, we’re here to help them find their voice and feel confident using it

Occupational Therapy
Everyday things like getting dressed, holding a crayon, or staying calm in busy environments can be tough for some kids. Our occupational therapists use fun, play-based activities to help your child build these important life skills in a way that’s supportive and enjoyable

Physiotherapy
If your child needs help with movement, like walking, sitting, balancing, or coordination, we’re here to guide them. Our physios work through gentle, playful exercises to help build strength, improve movement, and boost confidence along the way.

Positive Behaviour Therapy & Support
Every child experiences big emotions, and sometimes those emotions come out as challenging behaviours. We work with you and your child to understand what’s going on underneath, and we provide practical, positive strategies to support emotional wellbeing at home, school, and everywhere in between.

Exercise Physiology
Our exercise physiologists help kids stay active in ways that are fun, safe, and just right for their unique needs. Whether your child needs help with fitness, energy, or just feeling good in their body, we’ll support them with activities they enjoy.

Child Counselling & Play-based Learning
Through play, children can express feelings that are hard to put into words. Our therapists gently support your child as they work through worries, build emotional resilience, and feel more secure and understood, all while having fun and being themselves.

Psychology
At Healthy Kids at Play, our clinical psychologists and provisional psychologists offer compassionate, evidence-based mental health support for children, teens, and families. We assist children in managing emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges such as anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, mood swings, and learning or social difficulties.

Allied Health Assistant
Our Allied Health Assistants (AHAs) support children by delivering therapy activities under the guidance of qualified clinicians. AHAs help reinforce therapy goals through fun, practical sessions, at home, school, or in the community. We make therapy more consistent, accessible, and effective for families.
